How it Works

Step 1 - Set Up Your Plan

• Choose your frequency: bi-weekly, every 3 weeks, or monthly

• We confirm timing and expectations by message or call

• You receive a simple service agreement

• Cancel anytime - no long term commitment

Step 2 - Key Access & Return

Before your first visit, we'll message to confirm:

• Where we'll access the key and vehicle (examples: concierge drop off in envelope, office/condo meetup, or another safe option you prefer)

• Where we should return the key after service (same location unless requested otherwise)

Additional Note: we respect our customers' peace of mind during our cleaning. We are happy to share our live location through iOS or other preferred system during our service, to eliminate any worry of us handling your car.

Step 3 - Exterior Clean

We tailor our method to how the condition of your vehicle

For light, to moderate dust/grime:

• We use Meguiar's Ultimate Wash & Wax on less dirty surfaces

• Wiped with at least 10 clean microfiber towels using the double-wipe technique

For dirtier lower panels/heavy road grime:

• We place water-absorbing pads beneath the vehicle to protect your parking spot

• We use a handheld pressure foam sprayer with the appropriate mix of water + Koch Chemie Active Foam. This method loosens dirt off the vehicle's body in minutes, which is then wiped off for best results.

• The pads and controlled spray keep the area tidy and minimize mess.

Important note (paint safety):

We don't service extremely dirty vehicles, because we won't risk scratching your paint. If your car needs to be pressure washed first, please let us know.

Step 4 - Interior Refresh

What we do:

• Wipe down of surfaces with appropriate multi-surface products

• Light stain removals (gently only - deep cleaning not included)

• Vacuuming and trash removal

We clean according to your preference:

• Tell us if you want us to avoid specific areas/items

• Or if there's anything you want us to leave exactly as-is

Bonus: our professional vehicle-cleaning products leave a fresh, clean scent (no chemical smells)

Step 5 - Completion Confirmation + Payment

Within 30 minutes of completion & key return, we email you:

• Confirming the service is complete

• Providing pictures and general information of our cleaning (if relevant)

Payment (current method)

• We request Interac e-Transfer

• Payment is due within 7 business days of completion
